Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to generate high-quality leads and set appointments for digital marketing services focused on the UK market. You will be responsible for database creation, prospect research, cold outreach, nurturing leads, and booking qualified appointments. The role requires strong communication skills, research capabilities, and the ability to work independently during UK business hours.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of inside sales experience dealing with UK clients is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (UK communication style preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, SalesQL.
  • Strong Excel skills (list building, sorting, filtering, data cleaning).
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven attitude.

Shift Timing : UK Business Hours (12:30 PM IST – 9:30 PM IST approx.)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of new prospects added weekly.
  • Number of qualified appointments booked monthly.
  • Lead quality (decision-maker targeting, response rates).
  • Accuracy and maintenance of the database.
