We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to generate high-quality leads and set appointments for digital marketing services focused on the UK market.
You will be responsible for database creation, prospect research, cold outreach, nurturing leads, and booking qualified appointments.
The role requires strong communication skills, research capabilities, and the ability to work independently during UK business hours.
Roles & Responsibility :
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Build and maintain a qualified prospect database using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, SalesQL, and website research.
Identify decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Directors, CMOs) in target industries in the UK.
Appointment Setting:
Engage prospects via LinkedIn messages, emails, and limited cold calls (if needed).
Set up high-quality sales appointments for the Senior Sales Team.
Book meetings with UK prospects in sectors like technology, e-commerce, education, and services.
Database and CRM Management:
Maintain clean and accurate records of outreach in Excel or CRM tools.
Regularly update contact details, conversations, and follow-up actions.
Client Communication:
Write professional emails tailored to UK clients.
Follow up politely and persistently to nurture prospects until appointments are booked.
Research and Targeting:
Perform deep research on company websites, LinkedIn profiles, and business directories to find new leads.
Build customized target lists based on industry, company size, location, and role.
Daily Reporting:
Share daily and weekly reports showing new prospects added, appointments booked, and outreach efforts.
Skills and Qualifications
1–3 years of inside sales experience dealing with UK clients is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (UK communication style preferred).
Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, SalesQL.
Strong Excel skills (list building, sorting, filtering, data cleaning).
CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
Shift Timing : UK Business Hours (12:30 PM IST – 9:30 PM IST approx.)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of new prospects added weekly.
Number of qualified appointments booked monthly.
Lead quality (decision-maker targeting, response rates).
